That sounds really fun, but as I understand it, the favor is supposed to be something the guests can take away with them from the reception. I'm sure you don't plan on spending your reception typing up recipes! (Maybe ask guests to send you a recipe with their RSVP? That way you could do it before hand...)
As for wording...something about spreading the joy? spreading the scrumptiousness? Maybe something about the unity of two families through the blending of their foods?
How about:
As a thank you for the favor
of sharing our joy
Here's a little book
Full of flavor!

I am having a potluck wedding and I am going to have everyone bring a dish with a recipe card and I am going to type up the recipe cards and make them into a little 'thank you' book instead of traditional thank you cards. Can anyone help me with some fun wording for the front of the book??
our wedding is going to be very non traditional and just fun so I'm open to any suggestions! Thank you!
