I’ve heard there are ways to incorporate your e-ring into the ring exchange in the ceremony. Basically Fiance puts wedding ring then e-ring onto your finger.
I want to do something like this instead of not wearing my e-ring or having to wear it on my right hand…
Edit: I meant to put this under Ceremony!

Most people who do this don’t mention it in the wording, they just wear the ring on their right hand, and when their husband puts the wedding ring on, he then moves the e-ring to the other finger. Did you want the officiant to mention it specifically?

I’m not sure… I’ve just heard of this, But maybe not mentioning it is best? I have no idea 🙂

you could have him place them n simultaneously and no one would know…. another option is to have your MOH hold your e-ring and slip it on when she hands you your bouquet back after the vows and ring exchange no one needs to know when u put it on… My aunt’s Husband had her rings sautered together into one rin so when he placed the wedding ring he was putting the e-ring on too

I don’t remember where I saw it but a bride used this wording in her ceremony about her engagement ring.
The engagement ring is a symbol of promise and intention. Now the intention is realized and the promise fulfilled. Please place the engagement ring on ____’s finger over her wedding band to symbolize that the love that brought you together will always protect and sustain your marriage.
Hope it helps!
