I would actually include a seperate itinerary sheet that lists all the places that you are going to and what times you will be there. I think people will get the idea once they see how it runs.

So the fiance and i have decided to have a church ceremony and bar hopping celebrations afterwards. Im trying to think of a way to put it on the invitations that its not a reception but a celebration therefore we arent paying for food/drinks. Any ideas on how i could word this on a invite?
