All I can tell you is to document everything you see or hear.  Not on a work computer.  Doing this over the years has saved me alot of greif.  Dates and times will be credible should the need for such things ever arise.

All I can say is that there must be records of what happened to you last time-“he made up lies about me and went to the most senior person possible with them. Luckily I was able to disprove them.”   So that people know that he tried that before. I know you said that you don’t always have to work in that office, but have you considered looking for another job? I would have another job lined up before you quit.

You need to go to HR. If you are afraid of retaliation, make that clear to HR as well. If you are too afraid, is there a way you could write an anonymous email or something?

Also, the whole stalking Abby thing is illegal. I am scared for her because he seems super creepy.

Does he have the ability to have you fired?  Is there anyone at the main office that you can discuss this with?  If not, be sure to record (document, not actually record) whatever it is you hear or see him doing.  With people like that, they usually get what’s coming to them without you having to take much action.  But just in case, that will be your safeguard.  If you’re comfortable going to HR and backing up Lily’s story, that might prompt an investigation.  Whereas if it was just one woman making what might sound like wild accusations, they may not take it seriously.  Then you’d be stuck dealing with his crap with another twosome, yuck.

Document everything- dates, times, every single detail.

Go to HR asap. Explain that you feel threatened, especially after the comment that you “better learn to shut your mouth” and you expect there will be retaliation on his part if he were to find out someone spoke to HR.

What he is doing is 100000% WRONG and you should not be in this situation.
