Lol you sound like me! I purchased two before I brought my third dress. But I am in love with my third dress so no more looking for me. Even when I see other dresses I still love my third dress. The first one I purchased was during a sample sale. I got it for cheap compared to the original sale price of $1199. But it wasn’t me and I had to keep looking. I got the second one at David’s Bridal and it was also on sale because it was being discontinued. It was a ballgown. But I asked FI what he imagined seeing me in and of course he said something tight and sexy. So the ballgown idea was a no…I needed something like a fit-n-flare or a fitted A-line to give me the sexy princess look. The second dress I was able to exchange for my BMs dresses…so I won’t lose any money there. The first dress is still in my closet. But I figure I only lost a little over $200 (the gown was $99 and the sash was like $89) if I don’t sell them.

What sites are you selling yours on? I tried EBay for like 5 days and didn’t get any hits on the gown. I also tried Tradesy with no luck.

Hi ladies! have am currently on dress number 2 and I don’t know if its the one. I sold the first dress on eBay With the help of weddingbee. The bride saw my dress on weddingbee and then I deferred her to eBay in order to provide her protection as well as mine. My second I dress is Mori Lee 5106 and I just keep thinking I won’t “wow” my fiance. fellow brides keep saying quit looking but how can you? Dress are everywhere you see them whether you want to or not. I think I am just going to buy one more and wear two dresses.

@ashump210:  You better not buy another dress…lol! Mori Lee 5106 is beautiful! I love Mori Lee and Allure gowns. I tried on quite a bit of Mori Lee gowns. But I went with Allure because I fell in love with Allure 2359. Plus it didn’t hurt that they were having a trunk show so I got 10% off. You could read my bio. Its about how indecisive I am as a bride…or anything else for that matter. I have tried on more than 30 gowns. Almost brought another one before I purchased the last but FI told me to sleep on it and leave the store.

I agree, it is hard not to second guess when there are so many beautiful dresses out there…especially on this site! But you can’t have them all! I second guessed the previous purchases because neither gown was really me. So the last time I went shopping I told myself this: “I have a decent job. There is no need for me to be so cheap, just get what you fall in love with without looking at the price of the gown.” And I did just that. Told my consultant the style I wanted to try and not to look at prices just bring them out for me to try. She had worked with me before and knew I just needed to find my gown regardless of price. I ended up paying only $675+tax b/c 10% off but I was willing to pay more. At the end the consultant told me she even put me in gowns that were like $2500.

@jbbs1222:  nope…I was responding to @ashump210:  who replied to both of us about being indecisive as well. But after I posted a response here on your thread to her, I went to her own thread and responded as well. Sorry for the confusion!
