My friends FI did insanity and lost 31lbs. He looks fantastic! So now MY FI is doing it lol. So far it’s going well. Since there are five small meals a day, he never feels like he is missing out in food. And diet is a HUGE part of any weight loss plan! The workouts are tough but doable.

good luck!!

@navyblueandyellow:  I’ve been working out less than usual all summer and fall cause life has been so crazy busy.  It sucks!  I’m in decent shape but I’d love to lose ~10 lbs.  I really need to get on it, but I agree, it seems so far away!  But I know how my body loves to just stay the exact same weight, so I should get my ass in gear.

Haven’t tried Insanity but I’ve heard good things about it!

I don’t normally work out, but I figured the wedding was a good excuse to start (since it’s good for you and stuff). I started doing some of Jillian Michaels’ videos a while back, although I stopped for the last few weeks (sick and then very lazy lol).

I have done Insanity but haven’t finished the whole program (had a few breaks).  I really saw an increase in strength and stamina while doing it.  I lost a few inches and pounds but I didn’t have a lot to lose to begin with.

@navyblueandyellow:  Yes! I did insanity for like a month and I sweated my booty off, but I didn’t really notice any results. I was a collegiate runner and nothing gets me in better shape than running and core! Hope this helps! 🙂
