    Here are the stats:

    Starting weight: 128

    Last week: 128

    Today: 128

    Lost/Gain: 0

Nothing going on this week for me.  I still felt sort of sick and didn't want to do anything and I was crazy busy trying to find a job.  No luck yet so far.

How did everyone do this week?

Ugh. I don't even want to post this I'm so disappointed!

    Start: 156.6

    Last week: 147.2

    This week: 147.0

Loss this week: 0.2lbs Total Loss: 9.6 lbs

I am SO close to that stupid 10 pound mark! What makes me really upset is that I weighed 146.6 on Friday which means I blew it this weekend, which I knew. I'm so good with my eating during the week and all hell breaks loose on the weekend when my FI wants to go out to eat all the time. I obviously need to change things up because I've been in the 147's for 3 weeks! I really would love to just skip 146 all together next week!

I think Ms.Pascua was talking about a 4 days a week work out and 100% on the diet plan and I'm so on board.

I do need to change it up though. Anyone have any good workout videos to try? (I've done P90, P90X and the Shred - Vonnegurl, I'm in awe that you can do beach body insanity! The plyo workout made me want to pass out!)

    Starting Weight - 262
    Wedding Day - 220
    Last Week - 222
    Today - 222

Sigh. I lost last week and then I gained this weekend. Grrrr... this is so frustrating, but I did it myself. I know what I did wrong. I think I'm also bloated/PMSy, but we will see if that is the case or not. I'm in that "not trying, but not NOT trying" place of extending our family so I don't know what's going on.

    Here's to a new week.

I am very pleased with this! I'm not even sure what's happening since I haven't been to the gym in a long time. Maybe it's all the stairs in my new house? Lol.

    Total Loss: 3 lbs

I'm in the same boat as many of you. :( No loss this week.

    start: 167.6 lbs

    last week: 143.8 lbs

    this week: 143.8

    loss/total loss: -0/-23.8

I know two things I didn't do so hot on last week. I was a little loose with portion control (weighing and measuring but allowing extra sometimes :p) and on top of that, I was working out of the house 3 days. Normally I walk 4 miles on the treadmill during the day during work, and so I missed 12 miles of walking! In the future I'll need to plan for extra walking time on days I leave the house for work. Lesson learned. I worked out 5 days, but my goal was 6 :/

I'm excited to have some extra motivation to be on task with ms.pascua's plan this week! I plan to do better with my food and get all of my exercise in (5 workouts, 5 days walking).

Congrats on all the losses and for all the hardwork to everyone!

@toothfairyb- I feel you on the weekend stuff. I was down a pound on Friday morning and must have cut too loose this weekend! But it's awesome that you still lost! One step closer to the goal! Thanks for the Insanity kudos...pun unintended, but working out is how I keep myself sane.

I wasn't going to weigh in until later this week because I know I ate so poorly this week on spring break, but it wasn't so bad.  I'm still going to weigh in later.

    Starting weight:  157.2

    Last week: 150.2

    Today: 150.8

    Gain: .6

    Total loss: 6.4 lb.

I'm definitely going to get in on Ms. Pascua's plan! I'm going to try to workout 5 days this week instead of 4 (that's what I usually aim for).

What's everyone's motivation for sticking to your diet on the weekends?  I have no problem working out when I wake up, but I have such a hard time sticking to my diet.

I haven't been to the gym for almost a week! I feel horrible, BUT we did take the dogs for a walk today and I ended up running about a mile on the trail! It was fun and I've still got a ton of energy left ha ha

Hi lovely ladies. isn't it a great Monday!!! Oh, well, yes I am super excited.  Mostly because the scale is being nice to me!

    Start: 168

    Last Week: 155

    This week: 151

    Loss/Gain: -4

Woo hoo!  I know that it seems like a lot.  I have been doing the South Beach Diet Phase 1.  It's the phase you loss the most weight in.  I start Phase 2 next week, so I can't imagine that I will be having these numbers next week.

It feels so good to be down 17 pounds!

I feel a big difference in my clothes.  I am able to pull out smaller pants AND I can breathe in my medium tops as opposed to feeling squished in them.

My goal for the end of the month is 147.  We take our engagement pictures on March 28th.  So I have about 2 weeks to loss 4 more pounds.  Which I think I can do!  My goal for the wedding is 139ish? I just want to be in the 130's - I will be happy with 139!

    Height: 5'8"

    Starting weight: 157

    Last Week: 146

    Today: 149

    Gain - 3

    Total Loss - 8

I missed the gym for a whole week because I twisted my knee (sucking at) snowboarding. Epic fail. I'm trying to get down to 139 before mid-April for my fitting. Watching those numbers go back up again today was really tough. I usually hit the gym every week day for 20 minutes of the hardest cardio I can do. It's all I have time for on my lunch break. This week I'm doing 10 minutes of rowing and 10-12 (if I can get there an extra minute early!) of intervals on the elliptical. Nothing like a mid-day shower to reset your workday!

@Otta: 1.8 is great.  Keep it up.  You are so close to losing 5 pounds.

@Tomsbride: Wow! You have come so far! 3 pounds is amazing.  To go from 155 to 132 is a big feat! You are my new inspiration! Especially, after having had two kiddos!

@SweetAdeline: YOu can get to 139.  Think positive! Just try and cut out some carbs in your diet.  Or don't eat after 7ish. Good luck with the rowing and elliptical.

@Charmbracelet - Way to go! you're totally kicking butt! I would love to see 139 too! :)

@BostonBee - My motivation this weekend for sticking to my healthy eating (I'm not calling it a diet anymore!) is this board! I think of all you girls when I want to inhale cookies or grab a spoon and the nutella jar!

@SweetAdelineXO - We are practically the same. I started at 156.6 and I'm 5'8 and my final goal is 139 :) We can do it!

@ Charm bracelet - HEY ROCKSTAR!!!!!!!!!!!! GO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I busted out some Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout last night. That kicks the Shred's butt in my opinion. Same type of circuit training, but different...plus, I feel like I know the people working out with Jillian because I watched them every week on the show.

Hey Ladies!! Everyone is doing so well!! I am pretty proud of myself this past week was a good one!  I got to the gym 4 times and pushed myself hard each time I went.  I also made some changes in my diet per recommendation of my Dr and nutritionist.  I have changed when I am eating throughout the day and have made it so  I eat the majority of my calories before 6:30pm and then close the kitchen down.  I allow myself a light snack like yogurt or fruit/veggies, but have stopped the evening binge.  I am not 100% with this method yet and do have the occasional evening where I will eat past 6:30.  I am not really cutting out too many calories(where I would go into starvation mode), but having this rule is definately helping me cut back on the excess late night snacking and extra unneccesary food consumption (why fuel your body for sleep?)  I am not sure this is a good method for everyone because you really do need to eat more during the day, which may be difficult if you don't remind yourself to eat every couple of hours.

    start: 204 (In September)

    Last Week: 189.6

    This Week:186

    loss=3.6 lbs (18lbs total!!)

I am so close to that 20lb mark it's killing me!! This means right now I have 16lbs to go to get back to my old weight and 26 lbs to get to a happy weight of 160...ideally I would love to get to 150 by wedding day, but 36 lbs is a lot to lose in 6 months.

Wow!  We've got quite a few takers for the 4 times a week/100% on food plan goal!  So far we've got:

    • MissAsB
    • completelyrandomsally
    • Boston Bee
    • Vonnegurl
    • toothfairyb
    • & me

Yay!  So sorry I'm late to the party, ladies...just got back from my cousin's wedding late last night.  So, to kick start our 4day/100% plan, I'm going to the gym today for 20 minutes of intervals - oh those kettlebells are calling my name.  Going to weigh in at the gym to find out what kind of damage I did to myself last week.  Tonight, FI is taking me out to dinner for my birthday, so that's going to be a challenge, making sure I don't pig out on sweets.  So far, sticking to the food plan is going good...I was thinking - if you don't already, maybe this week is the time to start recording EVERYTHING you put in your mouth to help you see where/if you slip up so that you can avoid it in the future (like packing a healthy/on plan snack or rescheduling dinner to start earlier or whatever).

Thanks for joining in the plan!

@all you ladies struggling with plateauing weight - don't you worry!  That's part of what this thread is for: to support each other when we need it...feel free to join in our little challenge this week to help get you back on track!

Can I also just say: I was SOOO tempted to skip breakfast this morning, but after reading all your posts (especially all you girls who are on board to stick to our plan) I was super inspired to be REALLY good this week!  You girls are going to be my motivation tonight to avoid all those off-diet foods at my birthday dinner!

THANKS!  I sooo love this thread!

So I just got off the chat line with FI & we agreed to postpone my birthday celebration until the end of the month! Laughing YAY! B/c, HONESTLY, there was just NO WAY I was going to avoid temptation at an amazing new restaurant on my birthday...I'm not that strong.  So FI agreed to eliminate the temptation & postpone my birthday until Easter...gives me a couple of weeks to "earn" it.

I love that guy SOOO much!

Just back from the gym - 2nd time in 2 days! I did 7 minutes of rowing and 14 minutes of WORK on the elliptical (sometimes I hate that thing.) I try to get the combination to equal 200 calories burned between the 2 machines, although who knows how accurate that is... it's just a good goal for me to work towards.

21 minutes seems so measly. :-/

@SweetAdelineXO: 20 minutes when you're hauling @$$ so SOO not measly!  If you're TIRED at the end of your 20 minutes, then you've probably burn a good amount of calories & made your body work.  If you're NOT tired after 20 minutes, then you could make the workout harder (maybe increase the level on your eliptical machine or add resistance on your rowing machine...or do weights reps to failure).  Like, tonight, I think I'm going to either do my hour long weights circuit, OR if I don't get as much work done before going to the gym, I may cut it to my 20 minute kettlebell workout - totally kicks my @$$ & I DEFINITELY feel it the next day or two.

@Boston Bee: AWESOME!  I love it when I go down a size...actually that's been the good news for me this weekend.  As my mom & I went around looking at BM dresses (I tried them on so we could take pics for my BMs to give feedback on) I found that I was down a size, too!  Yay!

Alright ladies, heading to the gym in the next 10...will let you know the scale verdict in the next couple hours. Undecided

    Hi All!

My wedding is in August and I am looking for someone to email with to keep me accountable for working out, eating right and encouragement etc...I am hoping to lose around 10-12 lbs.  It would be great if this person was also a bride trying to lose weight with a wedding in August or around that time too.  If anyone is interested in buddying up with me via email/skype or whatever let me know and send me a personal message!  A little encouragement and making games/contests out of weight loss could be motivating!

    Thanks!!!!
