I'm here!
I am still kicking butt on 30 Day Shred. I have begun to focus more on what and how much I am eating. Still no gym and I MUST increase my cardio but I am seeing a difference. Hope its enough to make my wedding dress fit!

I'm going to start 30 Day Shred again to tone up and hopefully go to the gym for cardio a 4-5 times this week
@MissTatas: I need to get some cardio in too and probably work on my diet. Great job with the Shred though!

Boot camp kicked my butt today! I was sweating like crazy and my arms are so tired.
@MissAsB: ah crap. I was debating skipping working out tonight and continuing to eat while sitting on the couch. Now you have gone and inspired me and I will be putting on my workout clothes momentarily and doing day 5 of the Shred. Sigh.
@MissTatas: I hope you got The Shred done! I signed up for more boot camp classes. The money part sucks but at least I'm getting a raise next month.
Boot camp went well last night. He toned down the cardio for us because we were dying.
My last week truly sucked when it comes to working out and eating right. I did 3 days of The Shred and then ate every sugary, fatty, bad for you substance known to man on Friday/Saturday. Grrrr.
I also stepped on scale when I was over at my friends house. I don't own one because I would be obsessive but it was sad to see I'm 12 lbs away from my goal weight at the moment.
Currently brewing coffee, then I will get up and get the Shred done. 2 more days in Level 2. I am hoping to start back at the gym tomorrow. I gave myself til the end of the month to go then I am canceling the membership. I reaaly would like to get more cardio in and how crappy I am feeling today may just be the motivation I need.
@MissAsB: Congrats on the upcoming raise and good job at boot camp!
I forgot to include that last night I did go on a small walk with FI and our puppy. More for quality time than the workout :) I just did day 8 and it was fantastic. I hurt my knee the other day so I did the easier moves for the most part but I did them all! Now time to shower and head off to work with a big smile on my face for accomplishing a workout.
I find that I can workout and go to my bootcamp class and eat well during the week and then when the weekend hits its like BAM! wheres the sugary, bad food...I guess maybe because there is no set schedule for the weekend and you sleep in and are on the go.
I've been on a roller coaster with my weight post-wedding. While I don't think I need to lose a lot of weight, I can honestly say that I am not working out at all and eating lots of takeout; and need to get my butt back into a regular routine. Especially trying to get back my "normal" weight and health before TTC next year.
Winter weight: 134
Starting weight (today): 130
Goal weight: 120
Ideal weight: 118
I'm trying to mix it up with JM, P90x, Running, Golfing, Swimming, and working outside on the house :P + paired with watching what I eat...
I am on my way to go work out with my very own Jillian Michaels :) One of my good friends is in the army and I swear everytime I do one of the JM workouts it sounds and looks eactly like my friend is yelling at me. I got some bad news today and don't want to be alone so I texted my friend who just so happens to be getting ready to go for a run. I haven't ran in about 6 months so this may be an epic failure but I am going to give it my best shot. Wish me luck!
@peacockbride24: Oh yes, the weekends are the worst! It doesn't help that I can't figure out a good lunch meal for us on the weekends so I usually snack a lot.
@missjyc: Welcome! I don't need to lose a lot of weight (which is why I'm not on any of the Biggest Loser threads), I just want to get back into shape!
@MissTatas: I'm sorry about the bad news, I hope everything is okay. Have fun with your own Jillian Michaels!
We did a lot of legs and arms at boot camp yesterday and my calves are dying now! Wearing heels all day at work really doesn't help.
@MissAsB: Just think of it as an extra workout! I can rarely bring myself to wear heels anymore but when I do...man it kills my calves!
We walked 3.1 miles then ran up stairs. 5 times hitting every stair and 5 times hitting ever other. She is ruthless! I think I may have found a new work out buddy :)

My abs are dying from my workout today!
I'm thinking i need to go to a doctor and get back on asthma medicine. I'm fine at times but there are other times I can't even breathe in. I'm thinking I'm going to take some measurements so I can keep track.
All alone again? I took measurements of myself today so I can keep track of my progress. Boot camp was good last night, I decided I'm going to a doctor for my asthma though.
I'm still here, but I'm not doing great right now. After my running challenge ended I was burnt out on running. At the moment I'm just doing yoga on Saturday and a long run on Sunday.
This weeks goal will be to add a weight lifting day into my week. After a couple weeks of that I'll try adding in one more running day.
Gotta ease back into it!
Can I join in here? I've been SO BORED with working out lately (and I've tried switching up my routine a few times) so I need some extra motivation!

Had my boot camp today. My asthma didn't kill me too much but I have an appointment tomorrow.
Personal triumph today, I won a contest at our bootcamp on who could stay in a plank the longest! I stayed up for 3.5 minutes! And the first one to give up was a guy hehe.
@MissAsB: good job! 3.5 minutes is uber impressive!!
I had a bad start to the week. I went out of town and pigged out on junk food for three days, no exercise. The end of the week was better- I did 30 Day Shred on Thursday/Friday and woke up insanely early yesterday to do a Walk for Hope before my friend'd wedding reception (where I ate three cupcakes. oops.).
Well, another month has passed without making it to the gym. If I don't get there this week, I will freeze or cancel our account :(
@MissTatas: I agree that you might want to cancel the gym membership if you can't get there. There are other ways to work out that cost less or nothing and you don't want to be spending all that money for nothing.
Had a pretty good workout today but I was sort of sad when I went to the doctor and my weight is up 5 pounds! It's a different doctor that I normally go to so maybe their scale is calibrated differently because I don't think I'm eating that much extra food!
No workout yesterday. Instead I ate: a chai frapp, cakepop, highly fattening cheese, wheat thins, twizzler nibs, reese peanut butter cups, and a strawberry shake from McD (in addition to my normal 3 meals). Feeling kind of guilty today!
@MissTatas: Aww don't feel too guilty! I ate and drank this weekend and didn't work out!
@MissAsB: same :) I haven't worked out since Thursday. I need to get back on the ball.
