I havent worked out yet. But I plan on doing my Insanity workout before bed (cardio power & resistance) as well as Cardio Abs and I'll be attending a 1hr long kettlebells workout class this evening as well. Busy, busy!

I hope it's ok I started this post today...
It was my 3rd (second finished) run for c25k, and I feel amazing... Although I did get a bit nervous running on the trail in the dark (6am).
