Sounds fun (sort of haha). I worked out today so im in 🙂 My FI and I each have different color stickers that we put on the calendar on days we work out and it actually makes me more accountable. Then it’s easy to see when I haven’t been all week haha.

I need in! I need a way to push myself to stay accountable. I like the calendar thing. My finacee isn’t working out right now so I’ll just do it myself. I could  have different stickers for different workouts! Sounds good ladies. I did miss today though. sad face sticker.

I did 30 minutes slowly on the cross trainer without it being turned on yesterday (the 1st). I haven’t weighed myself in quite a while but based on what I last weighed I am probably at around 95kg, over 200 pounds. I am 5’4″, 164cm tall.

I love this idea! Today I did 15 minutes on treadmill, ab and tricep workout too! I’m naturally small but I’m working towards actually being in shape. I can’t jog for more than 5 minutes at a time right now 🙁

I’m in too. Working on some yoga right now. I used to be pretty good at all these poses. Sad how far I’ve fallen 🙁

SimTeam:  I’m in! I went to the gym today so I’m all good. I like to alternate gym days with app workout days. This should help keep me motivated. I was also thinking about trying a kickboxing class or something just to switch it up!

skipped for 15 minutes, enjoyed only the last 10 seconds cuz i knew i had 10 seconds left lolll!

I ‘m in.. I really need to start working out again , because last year it was ”yeah, I sleep it through tonight”.. But I am one of those crazy person who go to gym actually for FUN, so thanks for the opportunity lol..Let’s make it happen people..
