I use Chalean Extreme: http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/chalean_extreme.do which is another beachbody series that I like to think of as a p90x for women (although it's not supposed to be just for women). I think it's fantastic! It's under the same premise as p90x, where it's 90 days long and you have multiple DVDs and follow the schedule each month. The trainer, Chalean Johnson, is the one who does turbo kick (which I've never done but have seen the commercials). I definitely see a lot more definition in my muscles using chalean than when I used to do my own weight training at the gym and it's much more efficient. Most workouts are approx 30-45 mins and they are tough!
i have been using the chalean extreme videos and i think they r great,...im in the PUSH month cant wait to be done with the set and try TURBO FIRE by chalean. i had previously used INSANITY and it was good, but i like chalean better it toned me up quicker.

So right now I'm on this new workout regiment, going well so far, and the 'bee, myfitnesspal and my blog are keeping me really accountable and motivated.
I'm doing a combo of Jillian's DVDs: 30DS, NMTZ, BFBM and the p90x series 3 or 4 times a week. However, I have total ADD when it comes to workout videos. Sometimes I look for pilates or zumba videos on YouTube, but I think I want to buy more DVDs as they're the ones that I religiously come back to...
do any of you bees have suggestions on new or old DVDs that you're addicted to, besides the above? :)
any help would be greatly appreciated!
