I use Chalean Extreme: http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/chalean_extreme.do which is another beachbody series that I like to think of as a p90x for women (although it’s not supposed to be just for women). I think it’s fantastic! It’s under the same premise as p90x, where it’s 90 days long and you have multiple DVDs and follow the schedule each month. The trainer, Chalean Johnson, is the one who does turbo kick (which I’ve never done but have seen the commercials). I definitely see a lot more definition in my muscles using chalean than when I used to do my own weight training at the gym and it’s much more efficient. Most workouts are approx 30-45 mins and they are tough!

I wanted to see if I could bring this post back!  🙂  I’m looking to tighten the budget and working out at home is a great way to do it so I’m looking for some new dvd suggestions.  I have pretty much all the Jillian Michaels ones already.  Any others you girls know of?  Thanks!
