Great tip! I sometimes go through FIT TV on demand but I have streaming Netflix too! Probably more to choose from.
I know you can get the 30 Day Shred workouts, among others, through my cable company (Comcast) in the Fit TV On Demand exercize section. They're free rentals and super easy to find.
I like exercise tv's workout videos - they have a lot of available free full length films, or you could download one or two to keep on your computer...

I have been traveling a lot for work lately and struggling to get my work outs in. Then last night I randomly checked Netflix and they have quite a few workout videos in their "Watch Instantly" selection. I set up my laptop, made some space in my room and got a work out in.
Thought I'd share the good find!
