Got any stairs in your house? How about some weights? Or a resistance band? All three of those things combined can be used while babywearing and I can think of a million different arm, leg and back moves. Plus, once he gets head control (like good head control) bench press that little dude.
Last winter, we did a Baby and Me yoga class that was really fun. There was also a Baby and Me water class nearby, but I didn't have the time for it. We also went outside pretty much every day unless it was snowing hard. I'd just put DD in the baby carrier with her little snowsuit on, turned in to my chest, and zip my coat up around the both of us. Usuaully, she'd just fall asleep because it was so nice and cozy in there. :)

DS is two months now, and we go for a long walk or two every day. The weather is quickly becoming colder though, which means our daily walks will be put on hiatus pretty soon.
So I'm wondering...what do you all do in the winter when it's too cold to take the baby outside for exercise? Any good workout DVDs, etc. that you could recommend?
I'm going to be starting a Salsa Babies class with him in a couple of weeks, but I was wondering if there were other suggestions that people might have, particularly anything that involves babywearing.
Thanks!
