I won’t go into too much detail…But I am being bullied by my boss.
What are my rights? I feel like I have done everything I can do. I have applied for other jobs and am trying so hard to get out. I have told her superior (which has done NOTHING). I don’t know if I can take it mentally anymore.

go to HR and file a complaint

@beecurse: I’m sorry this is happening to you 🙁 Are you able to go to HR or an office manager? If her superior isn’t doing anything (which is a total shame) you definitely need to take it to HR if that’s a possibility. That is considered harrassment and according to most companies, is handled under a zero tolerance policy. I would encourage you to review your company’s handbook and find the segment that addresses harrassment and use that as your back-up.

Are they going to ask me to “prove it”? I don’t really know how I could. I considered going and talking to an assistant manager I am close to in another building of the company about it, but I’m not sure what she could do. My HR department is based out of a different state so I’m not sure how to go about it.
For the record, I work for a HUGE, very well-known comapny.

@beecurse: There’s only so much ‘proof’ you can provide. You should, however, be keeping a document with a personal log of documentation regarding your harassment that you can forward.

Every incident that occurs, write it down. Write everything down, don’t skip the details. File a complaint, research your rights.

Document, document, document. Present documentation to HR. In the meantime, keep your head down and avoid boss.
