It’s been quite a tourney so far. The USA game today was so badical! Way to go, boys!
Another great game was New Zealand holding their own against Italy…awesome. I will be cheering the All Whites tomorrow.
Oz came so close to advancing…scored two goals today against Serbia.
So many great moments thus far. Can’t wait to see what happens…
Is anyone else watching???

Working all day makes it kind of difficult to watch most games. So I’ve had to stick to highlights for the most part.

I LOVE the world cup. In 2006 I was in Italy when Italy won! It was so much fun.
I would have two teams but France has let the whole country down. So all my cheering is for USA!!!!

Fiance watches all of the games. He played soccer in high school and is addicted. I really don’t have much of an interest in it, but I’ll watch it just to be with him. 🙂

i watch the highlights mostly but i try and DVR and watch (or sneak at work and watch) the USA games.

They usually have the games on at work. So yeah. I’m going for the real real underdog. Mexico.

wow i evened it out. i was in europe traveling for 5-6 weeks four years ago for the last one so it got me hooked! this time it is hard with the times and work but i have been watching when i can and putting it on small on my work computer.
i CAN NOT wait to go out for the game on Saturday! I had sooo much fun in manhattan for the US/England game.. A little different than four years ago watching US tie Italy on a giant screen in a square in Florence but I was pleasantly surprised by the enthusiasm in the US bars right now.

@Ms. Caniche: I was in Paris when France lost! Haha. They lost within our first hour in the city and the mood was downright depressing!
I am in Japan right now, my husband is English, and I am American. All my teams are doing great! Woop! The games really do come on at the WORST times out here though, 11 PM or 3 AM.

I was in London when England won the rugby world cup, even that was crazy!
Fi is a big soccer fan, as are a few friends… so we’ve been watching a lot. I enjoy it… every 4 years 😉

I didn’t know until recently that the World Cup is only held every four years! That’s how much I follow it. 😉
