Worried about husband taking new job

@Aquaria:  Does he understand that in place of partying he now has a family? Even if you guys don’t have kids he still has you, and you need him around too. Did that job put a strain on your relationship as a couple?

He needs to listen to you as much as you need to listen to him. However if he is truly unhappy in his current job you need to be understanding of that feeling. You need to dosomething you love, even if it means getting paid a little less or a smaller office or less benefits.

I would get together with him and make a list of pros and cons that you can agree upon and go from there. Perhaps writing it all down will help you guys figure it out. My DH and I always make pros and cons lists when we have very opposing views on things.
