The place I’m having my reception at has this wedding coordinator. At first she seemed a bit ditsy but as the time progressed she was responsive and fine. As the day gets closer though (3 more days) she keeps “forgetting” things that need to be charged but are in our contract. Now my mom has been paying for the reception she has been mostly dealing with her.
It seems like she keeps adding more costs to our bill that should be included in our contract and we don’t know what to say or how to handle it without making her do or “forget” something the day oof or causing tension when we set up or during the reception.
So what dshould we do? How can I keep calm worrying that she’ll forget or do something stupid on the reception?
