I'd advise you to take a test, because you could be. : (0 votes)
You'll probably start today or tomorrow; give it a few days, excessive excercise can make you late. : (4 votes)

Well, I don’t know anything about nfp or stuff like that, but I think you’re expecting a little too much in terms of regularity out of your period.  Aunt Flo tends to show up when she wants, and usually not on our schedules!  You’re going through a lot of changes right now, so I’m not surprised that things are a little screwy. Not to mention stress can delay things, on top of every thing else.  If you’re worried, go ahead and take a test to ease your mind, but I doubt it will be positive.  I really don’t mean to be critical of your choices, so feel free to ignore this next comment if it’s crossing the line, but I’m wondering, if you are going to be this worried and stressed about the possibility of being pregnant, are you sure nfp is the right choice for you?

Anyway, I hope everything works out the way you want it to either way…

    1) everything you listed has an effect on your cycle. the people you hang out with, what you eat, how much you exercise, your stress level, sex, etc etc etc.

    2) it is TOTALLY normal to worry about being pregnant. when i first started having sex i would freak out EVERY MONTH. it gets better! once you have more time under your belt with the having sex and not getting pregnant thing.. you’ll stop worrying about it so much. 🙂

It is possible that your period was affected by being with these other women and your mother.  When you spend more time on your own, it could change regularity.  I agree with greenleaf that you might be expecting it to be too regular.  Not everyone has the exact same cycle every month.  As for intercourse, I’m not sure if it really affects your period or not but the first time I had sex, my period was late for no other reason than having sex.

I lived in a household with 4 women. And every month, within 24 hours of each other AF would arrive. It was like a race to the tampon box to grab a handful before your sister could. But when I moved out, AF just did her own thing. And the more I stressed the more weird it got. Its totally normal for your cycle to change, and its normal to worry! Chances are you aren’t pregnant. Try buying PU condoms online if you can’t find them in the shops.
