hi guys! I know I have typical bride stress going on, and I expect that much. However, I keep having nightmares every single night about my big day. Mainly, I am worried about the little details.
For instance, our ceremony place only lets us there NO earlier than 12 and NO later than 3:30. Everything MUST be out/cleaned up, etc. by that time. And I don’t have time to worry about cleaning the decorations up. I will arrive at the ceremony site after getting hair and makeup done, and have to leave right after for pictures that will be taken inbetween ceremony and reception. So I wanted to have SIMPLE decor for the ceremony since I won’t be able to decoate the night before or anything. But who will bring the decor in? who will take it down? Should I hire someone to do this?? My family will be with me for pictures, as will our wedding party so no one close to me can be assigned this task. Isn’t it rude to ask a guest to stay after to get rid of the decor?
And then we have the reception. which will be set up because we can go in a few days early and decorate. however, everything must be out by midnight. And I CRAZILY have ridiculous centerpieces– HEAVY tree stunps for EVERY table (24 tables) along with a ton of vases and fall leaves and HEAVY whiskey barrels, etc. SO ….
SHOULD I HIRE SOMEONE? What do I do? I want to stop stressing!
