Well, I think it was an accident! Poor guy must feel awful! And poor woman...all that money washed away (litterally).
I think that it was either staged, or incredibly stupid of the bride to have been standing so near the water.
This is so funny!! but goshh I feel so bad for that poor bride, and i agree he most feel terrible
