Hi Bee’s, so I’m a pretty healthy person and I take good care of myself however, I am getting married in 2 months now and I would like to boost it up to hopefully avoid any issues. I work out and eat pretty good normally so maybe just any last minute things? I’m not looking for life changes.
anyone get any or did any tips close to their wedding to make sure they had good skin, maybe a good glow? work out tips? I’ll try anything. ha.

I plan. On using an at home tooth whitening kit. I drink a ton of coffee and have stains. Otherwise, my beauty routine will focus on healthy hair and skin.

Something people take for granted… Water! Lots of it! As much as possible!
Yes this is from the Daily Mail but it’s worth a look:

Laurenplusalex: I am guilty of the same thing. I just got fitted for trays but my dentist said to wait till a month before so I can really try to cut back a lot. I need some pearly whites for the big day!
MrsBuesleBee: I totally need to work on that. Thanks. I do not drink enough water and I need to work on that for sure.

DisneyKb: Tons of water, teeth whitening. no alcohol (except for my bach party!), no gluten and regular oil pulling. My wedding is in November so it’s crunch time!!

DisneyKb: I was totally coming here to comment the same thing that MrsBueslebee commented. I tried the 3 liters of water/day for a few weeks before my summer vacation in July, I swear I saw and noticed a difference! I just bought a liter bottle of Voss water instead of buying an expensive glass water bottle. I would drink three of them a day. For the first few days you will feel bloated, but after that, I felt so skinny!

TONS OF WATER! Opting for healthier options when when we go out. Making sure I wash my face and moisturize very well every night. Have been on a Retin-A regimine for a while so that’s not really new for the wedding. Have a spa day scheduled for before the wedding. Also will doing teeth whitening, a subtle self-tanner, and hair color.

Oil pulling ROCKS! I use coconut oil, about 15 minutes each morning BEFORE brushing your teeth.
Also, my fi and I (lol, truly his idea) have been doing at home peeling face masks and the nose strips that pull black heads once a week each. Then moisurize a ton!
Also, sort of skin related – feet! Thick thick lotion + socks at night makes for super soft toes! No one will really see at the wedding but nice for foot rubs from the hubs!!
