Did you talk about rings? Has she given you any indication of what she would like?
Sure, what's not to like? Unless she's told you she specifically doesn't want a diamond or a white metal or hates round stones for some reason, you should be good to go :)
@KatNYC2011: She loves the Tiffany Novo style so that's what I got her but I acted like I didn't like the ring very much so I can surprise her.

Mine is modeled after the Tiffany novo as well, except with a cushion cut center stone rather than round.

Very beautiful and if this is the style she likes then she will love it! The most important thing is who it is coming from, not what it looks like.

I think it would be almost impossible to find a woman who wouldn't like that ring.
I love it! But then again I'm not a diamond girl. I can tell this is moissanite (which I also have) & I think she will be thrilled with that unless you have been specifically told that she wants a diamond. Beautiful ring though! Best of luck!

The look of the faceting. It looks pin-like. Also, the profile shows warmth, the lack of arrows, and over-all appearance of double refraction. Lol I could be wrong here, but I highly doubt I am. I've done quite a bit of homework on the subject :] & I own a moissanite, which helps.

@Cornflakegirl: I'm going to propose in about 2 weeks. Have a speech prepared and going to ask her dad for her hand in marriage next week.
