No, there is obviously something "up." If it looks too good to be true, it probably is : (2 votes)

It seems a bit odd, but maybe you just need to ask them more questions – what are you worried about happening?  If you’re worried they won’t make the invites in time, you can talk with time about a timeline.  If you’re worried they’ll take your money and scram, ask them about payment plans and "hidden costs".  Have you googled references for this company online?  Unless you’re their first customer every, I bet someone else has dealt with them before, and likely has an opinion.  good luck!

Small companies are usually just starting so they may not yet have funds to invest so much on such details that would add their start-up costs. Ask questions and if the answers don’t satisfy you or still makes you uncomfortable. Better just go with the more expensive ones just for the peace of mind. Planning a wedding is stressful enough so no need to add to the jitters. Good luck.

I’d probably just google the company and try to find consumer reports on them. Maybe you could try the Better Business Bureau?

Yes, you must search for the company on BBB. I always run a quick search on a company if I’m not sure about them, especially if I order something online. If anything seems fishy, don’t order from them!

    Here’s the BBB link  http://www.bbb.org/us/

I was a bit surprised after I found out that Vista Print was not rated by the Better Business Bureau. They have a lot of complaints listed in detail on their BBB page.
