I'd say go with the silver... This dress looks like a pewter color on my screen. I love this dress. It should be really fun to accessorize!
silver.. i am a matchy person and dont really care for gold.. I would be driven nuts to see a silverish dress with gold shoes...lol
I like the color of the models necklace ... that's the color I'd go with.
Ditto to kdlowery. I don't hate gold until I see it with silver. Same goes for black with brown and red with pink. People match those colors together and it's just not my taste.

I know this wasn't an option, but nude colored shoes would go really well with a pewter colored dress and be worn over and over again by your maids.
I like the nude shoe color too! Nude is one of the hottest colors out there now!
Definitely silver. . Of course I am not a gold person, but I think the dress has a pewter hue and would look better with silver.
At first I automatically thought silver but then I took another look and decided that the necklace is hitting it right on. I think a matte, or at least not too shiny gold would look great.
Oh, and I'm normally very much a silver person. Super cute dress, by the way!
Silver would be nice...but a fabulous fuschia shoe would be even better! (I have no idea what your color scheme is, but I saw this color dress with a fuschia shoe on another blog and LOVED it - just another idea for you) :)
I took one look and was like ahhh, I see why it's a hard one! I'd say the color of the model's necklace, which is sort of a gold, b/c I don't like the getting-close-but-not-matching of silver. I'd say either that, or have shoes dyed, or yes, nude, or, black.
Definitely silver. You can always use silver shoes again.
Silver would work, but what about a color? Apple green or red or navy or yellow?
I would say silver would fit... but Gold and Gold accessoires can really make the dress pop and be different...
Either way the dress is cute and it will look good no matter the color.
I'd say silver to keep things simple.
BUT gold would definitely dress it up a bit, with a nice necklace I think would look very classy!
if you are going to do gold-have them wear a nice gold jewlery to make the gold shoes "make sense". If you are going to do silver shoes I wouldn't do silver jewlery. I would pick a bright bracelet or necklace.
Probably silver, but I think a bold, brighter color would go even better since the dress isn't a shiny silver. :)
I say silver. I think the dress looks silver in the photo, so that would go well.
I would wear these, but that is just me. I think it would look adorable with that dress.

I think the choice of gold or silver depends on your overall coloe scheme. Are you going for a cool/fresh feeling or a warm/rich feeling with your wedding colors?
A gold shoe would add some warmth to the dress...but if you could work in a colored shoe, I'd totally be going for that instead!
