    Lol when things were really rough financially I looked  into it briefly. I’ve heard it’s extremely painful so no. But I would be glad at being about to give people babies still ethically torn tho.

    I would after I have a child.  You can make a lot of money and I like the idea of my genetics being used to make another child since we plan to stop at one.

    As a fleeting thought? Yes.

    In all seriousness, no. It’s a major commitment that I am not up to.

    No. I could not have done this, even if I were still young enough for anyone to be interested in them.

    @FutureDrAtkins:  I thought if you donated something, that meant you were giving something away for a charitable cause, not making a profit.  Sounds more like selling your eggs.  Either way, I would not do either.

    No I don’t think I could sell my eggs, or donate them. (Donate means give with nothing in return) I would want to be the only one having my child, I wouldn’t want someone else having my children. (Because biologically they would be) So while I admire those who do donate, I couldn’t do it.

    I don’t really like the idea of having biological children out there that I will never know. I would donate to a sister or something if they needed though.

    I would have, but I was too young when I was desperately poor! And now I don’t need to/DH would definitely object!

    But I would donate eggs for free if either of my sisters couldn’t have kids!

    @FutureDrAtkins:  I would. I don’t plan on having kids at all…and it feels like a “waste”. I feel bad that there are women out there who want kids and can’t have them, when I can have them and don’t want them.

    @FutureDrAtkins:  I put ‘other’.

    I would not sell my eggs for money.

    One of my BFF’s is married to another man and they obviously cannot have their own children.  I am 100% willing to give them my eggs if they want, and of course I’ve talked with Mr. Veryberry about it (which he supports).  This would be a gift, not something I’d charge them for.
