I think it's a cute idea! I personally wouldn't really use the robe but im not oober gilr either, i think it really depends on your BM's personalities.

One tip - make sure the robes are made of a nice material as where it's going to be right against their skin your girls will be more likely to use them if they're really soft and cozy!
They are cute...who doesn't love perdicures? I think putting their names on them will add a special touch, perhaps different colors for each girl too?
I think that robe is adorable. I would definitely wear it!
I like the idea of giving the robe & the gift certificate for pedicures! It's like a pamper package! BTW where are you getting those robes & how much are they?
Personally I'm not a fan of robes BUT I am a fan of blue & polka dots so I think I'd LOVE IT! I say go for it!
I think this is a cute idea - and not similar to the "typical" BM's gifts, so if your girls have been in multiple weddings they'll be more surprised. If I got one of these, I'm sure I would use it.

Ahh you ladies are awesome. I feel MUCH better about the gift now. I officially made the purchase. I found them at Target.com. They don't have them in the store, I checked :( but they were too adorable to pass up. Plus, the price was a steal. They were 6.99 (normally 19.99) and since I spent over $50, I got an extra 10% off AND free shipping!!! (Which means I basically got one for free) If you are interested, they have them in different colors too (red w/ white dots, heather gray with navy blue dots, and of course navy blue with white dots)!
I will keep you updated with the quality as soon as I get them! :) Hopefully they as nice in person as they look online! :)
they do look nice -- I went to a wedding just a few weeks ago where the bride gave her BMs these robes with their names embroidered on them. :-) Thus, I am buying them right now!
What a cute idea! I am going to steal it! I would love to get my BMs beautiful girlie robes that we can wear while we are getting hair and make up done in the am. Love it! Good idea!

I bought the same ones for my birdesmaids last month! Looks like you got a better deal though. I paid $9.99 each.
We are doing a nautical/beach wedding so we are giving the robes to get ready in, navy flip flops and J.Crew beach bags. The toal cost for each bridesmaid is about $25.00. Then we are also paying for a couple other thigns, but I think its a great diea! I love them!
I think it will give great photo ops for the morning of the wedding! :)

I have been going CRAZY trying to find a good gift for my bridesmaids. I finally think I might have stumbled upon something pretty good. I wanted to get your honest opinions before I make the purchase.
I am considering getting them the robes posted below. I will embroider their names into the robe, and then I will include a gift certificate for pedicures.
What do you think? Would you like this gift if you were a bridesmaid?
