Is it possible the thinner part is meant to go under your finger? My wedding band is like that and that’s how it’s supposed to be.

If you are unhappy with it, I would return it.

Is it supposed to be thinner on one side?  Some are made that way on purpose.  It’s more comfortable to wear with a thinner band on the inside (underside) of your hand.

My husband’s band was made that way.  It was called a comfort fit band.

@Jezika:  You should definitely return it! I have no experience with moissanite co, but I’m sure that’s not what it’s supposed to look like!

@Jezika:  Yes, I would send it back because the inside doesn’t look even. I can’t tell from the picture if it is an eternity or semi-eternity band, but I know my semi-eternity band is thicker where the diamonds are set and thinner on the bottom, so honestly I wouldn’t be too worried about that. Not sure how eternities are suppose to be though.

But even with that said, the inside shouldn’t look lumpy like that. I’ve got $8 Walmart rings with a more uniformed inside than that.

@Jezika:  Looking at the exterior of the ring (I didn’t look at it before) it looks almost flat in some areas, especially at the 2-3 positions (assuming the tag is at the 6). So yeah, return it. It looks like a bad apple, which sometimes get through quality checks. It happens. You deserve a well made ring!

@Jezika:  I had to send my MCo ring back to be fixed.  I was happy with it when it came back!

DEFINITELY send it back.  So sad to see so many issues with Mco rings 🙁

@Jezika:  I had issues with a ring from moissaniteco as well.  I sent it back and didn’t bother attempting to have them fix it because their customer service was terrible once I received the ring.  I have had issues returning products to the states.  You will likely incur duties a second time 🙁

@Jezika:  Well there definitely things you can do to attempt to avoid, but what I was always told was that there was no guarantee that I wouldn’t get charged again.  For instance, I bought a preowned wedding dress from the states and ended up returning it.  I filled out all the paperwork to say this was a return and that I already paid the taxes coming into Canada and they STILL made the receiver pay duties again.  You just never know how it will play out when crossing the border..
