My best friend bought her dress from an Etsy seller.  She was extremely nervous about how it was going to look and fit but it was beautiful and perfect!

@TheMrsTulip:  25 reviews would make me nervous, but if you pay with Paypal, I don’t see why you wouldn’t get your money back if everything went terribly wrong. The only way she’ll get feedback is if people purchase and review. If everyone goes by how many reviews the seller has she’ll never get off the ground. She might be really fantastic and no one would know.

A couple things to check out, where is she? Did you so an internet search for her? I would personally stay away from shops based in China because there is a lot of fraud going around with China based shops, but that’s just me. Have you tried contacting her, is she prompt with responses? Does she have decent grammar, etc..?

I have seen multiple threads on here for CaraBridal.

She looks to be based in China, but users have left real positive reviews and her work looks fab.  Good luck getting your dream dress.

I bought two dresses from cara bridal in china. I posted my review and a good 6-10 bees bought from her right after me! I literally was her FIRST sale and the gown was amazing. Her communication was fast and she customizes for you. her prices are great too. for me it was an easy decision because of paypal security as well. 🙂 check out my threads about her or type in cara bridal in the bee search bar to see other bees dresses as well!:)

@TheMrsTulip:  Her sketchy grammar would worry me. I don’t know why per se, but it just would.

There are lots of designers. I’d probably pick a more reputable one.

@TheMrsTulip:  Oh Ok!! Well I would say, contact a few sellers, ask them for REAL photos of gowns they have made. Ask for up close photos. Thats what I did with carabridal, to make sure they didnt steal photos. She was honest and great! Good luck with your journey!!:)
