@aribari: Thanks! Good Luck with house hunting. We did that this summer. It was fun at first, but it became stressful when we had to make a decision. That was the most expensive purchase we ever made, but I am glad we did.
@beth1125: I am having some of my friends over Sunday and my mom to start assembling the invites! We are planning to have them all sent out by the end of next week w/ a reply date of 12/1. I didn't want to worry about hunting down rsvps right around xmas!
@beth1125: Even though my wedding is on New Years Day, the lady making my invites suggested that I have the 8 to 6 week mail out. I plan on mailing them out around the 8 week mark. Everyone already has the STDs and they are just waiting to RSVP.
When I receive the invitations, they will already be assembled and addressed. We will only have to put the stamps on the ones that we are mailing.
We are sending ours out the first week on Nov. with a deadline of the 2nd week of Dec. I don't want the invites to get lost over the Holiday traffic nor forget to respond! We might extend the deadline though to middle of Dec...
How long will it take, do you guys think, to order seating cards and have them calligraphied?
Today it just hit me that our invites are going to go out in less than two weeks!! AHHHH!
I know, it's so hard to believe. It's passed by so quickly! It's 2months and 13days for me. The invitations came in the mail today and I'm just 100% excited and can't wait to be living with my husband in our house. :)

Hi, Jan. Brides! We are hitting the 3 month mark this month! Today I have 92 days and 4 hours. lol Who's counting? lol
Tomorrow I'm going get my passport. We have an appointment at the post office. I have to finally book a videographer, order my flower girls dresses next week, go home for the first time since August, and have my bridal shower!
So excited!
