I just saw this pic on facebook or some girl's wedding. This is her actual wedding dress (where is the top?!). This takes some serious guts to wear in front of grandma...

That looks incredibly uncomfortable. Sad part is, it probably would be really pretty and romantic without that dramatic...sweetheart neckline? I don't even know what you would call that...
Aww, she could very well be lurking on this site. I don't think it's fair to rip apart a stranger like this. It would be different if she came here and asked for opinions or posted in a public wedding forum somewhere else, but this is from her Facebook!
I like her hair. :)
OMG that looks so uncomfortable! I hurt for her. Not to mention completely inapproporiate to wear in public!
maybe if she was smaller chested itd look better... her boobs are spilling all over tho!
ooooo OUCH!! i hope those babies still work if she is trying to nurse later LOL!
Maybe it's a sample and needed to be adjusted. But other than that I think it's a pretty concept - I don't have the balls to do it though! (maybe waist down)
that dress doesnt fit her - you can tel how shes spilling out from the top. i would hope this is "PRE" alterations. otherwise, i know she cant be baptist.... our deaconesses would faint.
@MissChirpie:o ohhhh ouch... well the bottom is super pretty! :)
i'm trying to imagine what it would look like if it A) was the right size up top and B) was pulled up about 5 inches, where it should be.
@Mrs. Meowerson: i know what you mean - its a really pretty dress! it just really doesnt fit her. :( and its sad too because shes not even a big girl!!!!
That looks..really uncomfortable..
I would be way too scared of my whole breast(s) popping out, or even shifting and the photog catching a bit of nipple.
I am definitely WAY too modest for that.
I have definitely seen way too many unflattering dresses via facebook.
It's like a mix between a bride and a "dancer"... That cant be confortable! I hope they didn't fell out in the first dance!
Hey, that's me!!!
Just kidding. Poor thing, looks like it's killing the girls. I think it would look lovely on her if the top was bigger.
holy sexified....i wouldn't even wear a neckline like that on a bathing suit, let alone a wedding gown!
Oh boy... You couldn't pay me to rock that. I can only imagine what my family, friends or my BOSS would think of me if that's what they saw when I walked down the aisle. I wonder what she was thinking?!
The dress would be really pretty (and a little more modest) if they would have ordered her the correct size. It looks like they went with a small size (she has a small frame) and the cups don't fit her larger breasts.. This pictures actually makes me sad. She looks silly
It probably hasn't been fitted yet, and sure it's not my style, but everyone has their own view of the perfect dress. Some people think anything without sleeves is risque. One person's off-beat is another person's tacky. She'll probably look stunning when the day comes. :)
@veronica: the OP stated this is from her wedding day. that is how she walked down the aisle :)
OK, I don't believe for a minute she bought the wrong size and had to wear it anyway...Have you seen a dress like this sold anywhere?? She probably had this custom made or altered to like that because she specifically wanted to look like this! Honestly, if you accidentally ended up with something like this wouldn't you find another dress to wear, or add a modesty panel to the chest or something? It's not that difficult, my mom did this in half hour with some leftover tulle from an old veil because I thought my dress was too low cut.
And anyone with half common sense should be prepared for some slack when they show up like that at their wedding, so I'm not too concerned about being sensitive to feelings. She probably wanted to look ultra risque or likes to shock people, and achieved her goal.
you know, if it was sitting up higher on her chest like it was supposed to, i wouldn't think it was so tacky. That girl's probably flat chested enough to pull that look off! Some women can really do a low V neck without look tacky (not me! oh lord not me) if it's pulled up, maybe, oh, 4 inches? I think the U portion of the dress is supposed to go right between her boobs, not at her navel. I wonder if thre circulation gets cut off on her chest after a few hours! ow ow ow
My thing is, she has such a great figure! She could have found many many dresses that would have looked so much better on her! That would make her stunning and not have anyone cringe.
I'd love to have a bustier like that for the honeymoon. Can't say I'd wear it for the wedding, though. :)
It could be my imagination, but is there a modesty panel in the dress? A little sheer piece of tulle, I think?
Yeah @Minutiae. She does have like stuff covering the area between. It's just the top is sooo low. Maybe if she had a bolero...I don't think a bolero goes that low.
I literally GASPED when I saw this. It looks like it could almost be pulled up a bit more, it looks like it's falling off! Yikes, you couldn't pay me money to wear something like that. Eek. I just...don't really have words for this!
Hahahhahahah I think I see her areolas! Gross! I think the dress needs to be pulled up about 10 inches!
