WOW! I'll say it again...WOW!

I know I don't post a lot on here, but I am always reading.  Mr. Hawaii and I moved back across country and I have been busy unloading & unpacking that I have bearly had time to check my email!  I'm sure I am beating a dead horse with the subject of iggies & engageandnormal but I just have to voice my opinion & 2 cents.

First off, Mr. Hawaii & myself are not techincally engaged, the only thing that we have talked about marriage is that we want to do it in Hawaii bc it means so much to me. And will do it on our family cruise to help control costs.  I don't have much family and he has a ton.  This way we can have our immediate family there and then come back and have a backyard reception for extended family & friends.  That may not be "normal" to most, but its "normal" to me.

When he does officially ask me, it will be a surprise, which I get giddy just thinking about it.  Because I don't like any kind of jewelry (again, not "normal" for most, but "normal" for me), I have found this site useful of finding alternate ideas instead of wedding rings.  I have also use this site to find things about OOT bags, how to travel with a wedding dress. But because so many bee's have such good ideas, I am constantly updating my lists

I love coming on here and having so many other people give their opinions. I love how bees can talk each other off the edge of a mental breakdown, how they can ask questions on a DIY project, how you can find links for obscure shoes/dresses and other random stuff.  How you can find deals on flowers and how to save $$.  On what didn't work in their own wedding and how you may avoid the same "mistake" (for lack of better words right now). And especially how you can just come on this site and say "I'm having a shitty day" or "I'm having the best day" and 50 other girls are having the same thought across the globe.
