Mods, you can take this down if you need to, but I just had to tell ya’ll about my experience with Zappos!
A friend of mine ordered me a pair of RSVP heels to wear for the wedding as my gift for the big day. I had her order my normal size, however, they were WAY too big when I got them. I tried putting in the heel guards even, and still…slipping like crazy.
So about an hour ago I contacted Zappos via online chat and the woman I talked with was incredibly nice! They looked up the order by the LPN number on the box, and within 10 minutes she had a new pair of shoes on their way. I don’t have to return the other shoes before I receive these new ones, AND she gave me free overnight shipping!
She also upgraded my account to a VIP account so from now on I get free overnight! Ladies, USE ZAPPOS! I have never dealt with such wonderful customer service in my life!

I’ve ordered from them many times and they’re always really easy and cool. Usually I buy from Nordstrom, since I have feet that blister regardless of the style and I know they’ll take them back if they’re bad, but I’ve bought boots and pumps from Zappos before (including my wedding shoes) and have been happy 🙂

I love them – and totally agree – great customer service – their online chat service is amazing.
My problem is I keep ordering shoes that don’t work! It’s gotten so bad, I feel guilty for purchasing and then sending them back.

My friend ordered shoes for her wedding last year, when she tried them on they didn’t fit. While on the phone she mentioned that they were going to be her wedding shoes, they sent her a new pair no problems at all. About a day or two later she received a bouquet of flowers in the mail that says “Congratulations on your wedding – Zappos” I thought that was one of the sweetest thing ever. I love how zappos runs their company.

ITA about Zappos. They do have Zaptastic customer service.
I found a bogus charge to them on a cc and they took care of it right away.
One of the happiest days of my life was the day I got an em out of the blue telling me I had $100 store credit. I must have returned something and forgotten about it.
