I am sure that you are being more critical of yourself than you really are. You might just practice in the mirror which angles you feel most comfortable with and any good photographer should be able to cover them up with angle and the majic of Photoshop. My mom took 20 years off an old lady friend and removed all her age spots. She makes me look like a super model through PS and trust me, I am no where close.
You are right. I am super critical of myself. I am not aging gracefully. That's for sure. I even hate the way they feel....They bug me soooo much! If I had the money and courage and a 100% guarantee that everting would be fine I would have surgery but that's not going to happen. I know a photographer could fix it but I don't want it to show in person. When I look in the mirror ar when my FI or anyone else looks at me. *sigh* I know I sound ridiculous but this is really bothering me.
Like every bride I want to feel beautiful on my wedding day.
Hey! Have you ever thought of a laser treatment? I just had levulan w pdt done to help w acne/texture/discoloration of my face but I know that ipl and pdt laser treatments are supposed to help a lot w wrinkles. And I'm sure it is MUCH less than surgery. Just a thought. I don't have severe acne but enough to be annoying and I feel ya on looking your best on the big day!
How about a dress that's just not plunging from the neck or strapless. It doesn't cover your neck, but it won't accentuate it either. If you have an unusual high collar, it's going to become a focal point.
I did some light peels, laser, and Renova, and found it helped a bit. Posture, angle, and a good make up job helped too.

Hello~ I an a 42 year old bride. I am freaking out about the wrinkles on my neck. They just started to sag and I want to know the best way to hide them. I thought about a high neck wedding gown like a lace halter that starts around the neck and goes down like a triangle towards the armpit area of the dress
but I realized that anything I put around my neck just adds to the wrinkles. They spill over due to how thin he skin is. Even if it's not tight. Soneone told me a good make up artist could tape my skin up and hide the tape under my hair. Has anyone ever heard of or done that? Any suggestions or success stories would be gratly appriciated. Thx.
