"I work for a bridal salon and what we do is really easy....if you have a steamer just steam the veil out, or when you take a shower hang it on a pants hanger and let the steam do all the work. Make sure your beads are sewn on and not glued on, otherwise the heat might cause the glue to melt.
On your wedding day if you want to add a little extra poof to your veil, pull it up in the area's where you want the added volume and spray with a cheap aerosol hairspray. It works great."

I was afraid to steam mine because, as my hairdresser pointed out during the hair trial, we didn't want it too flat. I hung mine on a hanger (using clips) and put a plastic bag over it to protect it. Enough of the wrinkles fell out and it was just how I wanted it.
