@6-4-13:  If you plan on having any of these ladies in your life AFTER the wedding, you can NOT demote them.

you could just take everyone out and not have a wedding party period, but that would most likely piss everyone off as well. Grin and bear it :/

Unless they did something totally unforgiveable, I cant think of a reason why I would kick them out. At 2 weeks they have most likely already spent quite a bit of money on dress, showers, etc. Not to mention, that would kill any friendship.

At this point I think it’s too late… I mean unless they really do something horrible, the wedding is so close and their not being into the hen night/weekend don’t seem like enough to boot them. 

I mean, you certainly can, especially if you really know you don’t want to keep your friendships with them, but it seems a little extreme. Have they done anything else to upset you?
