@Orchidgirl80:  If YOU have record of what their employee guaranteed then you should be fine. Just print out everything you have in writing and take it with you when you discuss the details with the new rep.

This is an unfortunate part about sales and the wedding industry, high turnover. The key is to keep a record of EVERYTHING. During our wedding planning the cost of the food increased dramatically. While they were going to honor a lower price the lower price was still higher than what I had been told in an email during my quoting stage. Once I showed my wedding planner that paper she went to bat and got it all straightened out.

@Orchidgirl80:  Ugh!  How unprofessional!  At least you have your venue’s linens as backup if everything totally falls apart.
