I’d have to see it in person – what does the seam under that ribbon look like?

I’m with you though, the ribbon is kind of plain and the flower looks like something coming off the boob. I’d be inclined to replace it with a ribbon/sash with some bling on it (have the sash actually sewn on, not tied).

I actually tried this wedding gown and it was without the flower and it looked great either way!

Definitely don’t like the flower, the ribbon is eh. I could go either way with it, I barely notice it.

I like the idea of it with the ribbon much more too!  The flower takes away fromt he awesome neckline detail.

I would have to see the seam. If it’s awkward without the ribbon, I think you’d have to find a different dress.

I bought this dress too for my wedding in July!  I think the ribbon is kind of boring but I had not thought of removing it.  I just ordered a sash with beading and I’m hoping to sew it on to the ribbon to add some interest.  Obviously this won’t help if you want a long, continuous waist.  My friends didn’t like the flower on either, I’m going to put it on my purse or in my hair or somewhere.

I love the dress, it’s just so gorgeous on… I’ll try to post a photo.  I get mine June 28th.  I would love to see photos.
