I love this dress and really want to see some real life pics too!  I’m trying to track it down somewhere to try it on, no luck yet, but will post if I do!

magazinegirl37:  I tried it on, and it was a no for me 🙁 just wasn’t what I was looking for. Unfortunately the bridal store didn’t allow photos.  I see you’re in NYC too, it’s at RK Bridal on W 39th Street! I went after work today (Mon), got there at about 5pm and there was no wait — according to Yelp the weekends sound busy.  I hope you like it, good luck in your search!

magazinegirl37:  I saw the sample at RK Bridal today and I ordered mine!! It’s so beautiful. The same they have is a size 10 and it’s the ivory over champagne

I tried it on today and loved it! It was so soft and romantic. I didn’t order today because I’m still waiting to try on Allure Romance 2802, which is very similar, but they won’t have it in stock for another couple weeks. You can’t really see how beautiful the back is with all the clips, but hopefully these help! Just fyi, I added the belt to it 🙂

magazinegirl37:  I also tried it on at RK Bridal! Definitely go there! This didn’t flatter me, I’m really short (5′ 1″ ish) and busty so it was a no go. I also thought the fabric on the top part was much thicker than I imagined form the photo.

I did end up getting a different WTOO dress though 🙂 RK is the best.

Here is a picture of the back and the front. I did end up getting this dress. Very light weight easy to move in and perfect for an outdoor wedding! The front is going to be altered to remove some of the top, not the design but the fabric that has no design on it to make it a little smaller. Ignore the face, my friend did not realize it looked like that until we left!

I know this thread is a few months old, but I tried on the Persiphone and thought I’d add pics if they’re helpful for you!

I ended up buying the Penelope, but this would’ve been my second choice.

Hi everyone! I am thinking about ordering this dress but would love to see it on some real brides (after alterations).  Would any of you that wore the dress for your wedding mind posting a picture of yourself from your wedding day (or just after alterations)?

thanks!!
