I don’t have that problem at all but it may signal your issue with losing weight! If you go long periods without eating or eat very few calories your body will go into starvation mode and will horde your fat cells. It does this because fat yields higher calories per gram than protein or carbs and so it will eat up your protein and carb stores instead of burning fat which is very unhealthy. You also want to make sure you are eating continually throughout the day to keep your metabolism in high gear!

Take healthy snacks/meals to work and eat them on your breaks!

Good Luck!

There are definintely some days where I’m like “Um… I have to eat 14 points in an hour?”… I’ve found that it’s easier if I split the day into meals and then divide the points into those. I usually eat breakfast, lunch, 2 snacks, and dinner so I split the points in 5 sections and adjust from there.

Lol, I think I will go the other way….thought I like their idea of “filling foods.”  I have a sensitive stomach, and if I get too hungry I get physically sick, so I am a 6 meals a day (though small!) eater.
