As I posted last week I joined Weight Watchers Online. I scheduled every Tuesday for my weigh ins. I would love to hear what the other WW ladies weighed in at and how they stay motivated!
First Weigh In :: I lost 4lbs.
Wasn’t too bad of a week, I didn’t really exercise and wasn’t 100% on my healthy eating but that’s due to not going grocery shopping. I plan to go this weekend to revamp my veggie and snack stock especially since I’ll be starting work this week.
Excited to start this week and I plan to go bike riding or do alittle exercise at home this week. So far I am doing ok, but it’s only been one week let’s see how next weeks goes!!
