I think it depends on which xyron you have! :) If you have the 500 series and above, you can definitely run it through and then cut it, although I would imagine that there would be a lot of sticker wasted on paper that you dont need. I have the smallest xyron and one of the 500 series one. I have only broken in the smallest xyron to play around with it and i find that if I cut them and feed them in one after another, it is least likely to waste sticker on unwanted paper. So I am gonna say go with the former! :) Have fun!

Cut them first. You'll get all kinds of residue on your cutter otherwise, and it's a mess to deal with. You'll waste a lot less too. Good luck!

I have never used my xyron
I wanted to make labels for my favor bags. I was thinking of printing the design onto regular pink paper and running it through the xyron. my question was whether i had to cut it first into the little squares BEFORE i run it through the xyron OR can i cut it AFTER i run it through the xyron into squares?
please help! :)
