The only thing decoration I have figured out so far are the table centerpieces. .  the centerpieces are 3 teal daisies with 3 pieces of white ting in a 14" square vase. The table linen will be black, and then on top of that, I'm going to have thick table runners of black with white polka dots. But as of yard decoration. . I'm clueless.... any ideas?

What time of day will the wedding be? Is this just for the reception or ceremony also?

I've always liked paper lanterns hanging like this

You can buy polka-dotted poster board to back signs (like gifts, food, wedding book) and put them in antique frames...I saw this idea online somewhere and thought it was so cute!

Hhhmm I like the paper lanterns for outdoors.

I'm unfortunately at work on a stupid computer so I can't pull up any pictures to give you a visualization of the idea I have.
Depending on the size of the reception area, and whether you were planning on using a tent or not, maybe something like a Maypole would look good. You could probably do it inexpensively with wooden dowels/poles (you could paint them) then buy some wide teal ribbon.
Maybe have a few poles around your reception area then tie the ribbons from the center pole to those poles on the outside. Would be an interesting task lol
