Soup! And it’s not exactly “autumn” in Phoenix (that doesn’t roll around until the end of November), so we’ve been eating piping hot soup the past two days, even though it’s somewhere around 100 out there and the sun still bakes your skin within minutes. 

It doesn’t matter, though. For me, soup is a year-round food. I love it. Throw all the stuff into a crockpot and leave it to take care of itself. Delicious every single time.
