Heh, I'm kind of a destination bride.. grew up in a suburb of Minneapolis, but my wedding is December 12th in Jackson, Mississippi. Planning a second reception in Minnetonka sometime after that, though.
September 20,2008 in St.Cloud, MN. I hope it will be nice out still at that time!! Never know with Minnesota weather!
Joelnsusan, my cousin got married up near St. Cloud (at St. John's Abbey on the St. John's campus) last October and it was a gorgeous day, so I'm sure the 20th will still be wonderful! I'm getting married on the 6th, so it better be! :P

I currently am living in San Jose, CA, but my wedding is May 15th, 2009 in Owatonna! It's going to start to get more stressful since we're right around the year mark! I think I'll only be making it back to MN twice before the wedding! YIKES! My family is still in MN so I hope they're ready to help out...alot!
We are gettin' hitched August 22 in Minnetonka with the reception in Eagan...can't wait!
We are getting married August 2nd in Minneapolis and having our reception in Bloomington. It is going to be here before I know it!
Setember 6th-- it seems to be a popular date! We'll be married 9.6.08 on White Bear Lake at my fiance's mother's house. Cross your fingers for good weather then, too.

Yeah!! So far it looks like I am the next MN bride to get married, June 28th in my hometown of Lakeville and reception in Burnsville. Seriously, it was tough finding a place to hold close to 400 that was south of the river.
I've got you beat by a couple weeks, TCBride. ;-) I'm getting married on June 7th (18 days! Yikes!) in Duluth! There is so much to do before then!

Congratulations RebeccaMN, I hope everything goes well for you. I love Duluth and think it is an absolutly beautiful place!! I might be in town that weekend for my great aunts 90th birthday party.

June 12, 2010 in Edina, MN. Am I the first for 2010 on this thread? We are having our ceremony and reception at the Centennial Lakes Park. It's been tricky to plan since I live in Raleigh, NC but luckily I have friends and family back in MN who are extremely helpful!!
We're getting married on Nov 7, 2009 in Minneapolis! We both went to college here and have lived in Mpls ever since and I really wanted to be able to have the wedding in the city we love & fell in love in. I was SO worried we wouldn't be able to afford anything in the city, but it worked out! The church is in south/uptown area and the reception with be in northeast.
