Weddingbee boards

i'm stoked i finally get to make my own update post. so this weekend, the mister emailed me to share that he had added a wedding planning budget spreadsheet to our google docs, so we spent saturday night discussing our wedding! he knows i've been researching and have amassed a binder worth of random notes so it was great finally being able to share my ideas with him [he's otherwise stated that he wanted to wait until we're planning the wedding before he looks at the binder]. better yet, he likes the ideas i've come up with so far. score.

so now we're getting on the same page with expectations, set a preliminary budget and have started discussing what we want. he already said he doesn't really care about the details of the day since he's more concerned about "the day after and the next day and the next..." but i'll still be polling his opinion on the big items since i still plan on making this day about what we want, not just what i want.

we're still a bit out from a proposal but since he brought up the wedding, i figure we're probably not too far off but i'm not stressing over the whens and how the proposal will come about. discussing our wedding and future marriage is so much better.

@msmamabear, that was my concern even though i did try to find things that i thought he would like. the biggest bonus is he really likes my favorite idea!

@ms.teddy, haha, we both love spreadsheets something fierce [perchance a match made in heaven?]. lol. and since we're in a ldr at the moment, the shared google docs helps a ton.
