I like it. The lace is pretty and the cut of the gown flatters your shape. Dress regret will come and go. Stop looking up gowns online of comparing yourself to others. In all reality, if you bought another dress, it would probably be the same shape/style and only differ on minor details. The gown you have is lovely and it is not worth the agita worry over it.

GHA1203:  I don’t think your dress is too plain at all! love the lace detailing and it looks great on you! Try experimenting with different accessories (belt, jewelry, veil, etc) and see if you feel differently about it. And consider not looking at others dresses to avoid feeding the dress regret feelings!

I picked my dress at the first shop I went to also!

I really think this dress flatters your figure very well! When you put accessories, makeup, and get your hair done, it will all come together. You look gorgeous!

GHA1203:  It’s not plain at all!  Look at all that lace! 🙂  It is beautiful!  And Im’ not just telling you that because you’re stuck wiht it.  Have you tried it on recently instead of just looking at pictures?

Your dress is stunning! Perfect for you!

I have tried on gowns and honestly I see TONS online that I love, but teying them on I feel like I’m wearing a prom dress or look silly.

your dress is timeless elegance. Don’t feel an ounce of regret!

I think it’s great but if you think it’s too plain, maybe a simple belt will add the right touch for you? But it is beautiful the way it is to!

GHA1203:  I, too, had dress regret but I could not afford to buy another dress. I just stopped thinking about it, stopped looking at other dresses (I wouldn’t even open dress pages on the bee), and told myself I loved the dress when I bought it. On my wedding day I thought my dress was perfect and so did my husband. No regret anymore! Just choose to love the dress like you choose to love your FI on the bad days!
