You would have to talk to the person at your wedding site. Do you have a coordinator there or are you hiring one? If you're not doing either of those things, you'll have to get someone to set it up.
Try setting it up at home and taking pictures of exactly how you want it, or find pictures online. Good luck!
My brother had a candy bar. He actually had two of his friends set it up for him during the ceremony. So if your vendor isn't willing to do it, ask a friend that could care less about going to the ceremony itself. maybe offer them 20 bucks to get it done.
I set up part of my reception in the morning before the ceremony with some family and bridesmaids and we did the candy buffet at that time.
The venue said I will have some person there to tend to me and FI for the whole night but I'm not sure if that means with setting up the candy. I will find out from the place bc I would hate to have to take time away from my day to do it, but that is a good idea to get a friend who might not be going to the church do it thanks!!

ok so like many of you other bees I too want a candy buffet however I'm confused as to how this works. Do I drop everything off and the palce sets it up or do I set it up at some point before the wedding or do I tell someone how to set it up??
