@NowDontLetsBeSilly:  I haven’t tried it nor heard of it before, but maybe a healthier alternative would be doing fruit/veggie/protein smoothies and eating mostly raw fruits and vegetables? That’s extreme too, but actually very healthy.

Yea, I’d stay away from that.  Sounds like a money-making fad diet.

Right now my diet’s more of a YOLO. But I think if you want to lose weight by stopping eating food, there are much cheaper ways to do it. How about Slim Fast and supplements?
