Could you post a pic of your dress? The detailing on the veil is really dependant on how your dress looks. 🙂
Would it look funny if I only had lace at the front veil trim covering my face? I really love the look of Romona Keveza’s lace veil
Since your skirt has a lot of detail, I think organza flowers with rhinestones would get too busy. If it were a few scattered rhinestones all along the edge of the veil that would be nice.
I’m not sure if I’ve ever seen a veil where the blusher detail is so different from the rest of the veil…it sounds wierd to me but it may work! I just can’t visualize it.
I think the veil would look lovely plain, but if you want an embelishment, I’d say something subtle along the edges. 🙂
I love the name Evie!
@knight.keira: I stand by my original “IMO” that you should just leave the veil as is. Your dress is so beautiful on its own that I strongly feel that you don’t need to do anything to your veil. That being said, I do know how badly you’re wanting to create something in your veil, so my vote is for scattered rhinestones, for a little touch of sparkle!
I am thinking of either plain or rhinestone trim. I am not sure whether the rhinestone scattered actually has much of an effect. It’s interesting though… lace is coming second.
I like the rhinestone trim effect. a little bling but not too much for the dress
